KNR Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been awarded by Project Director, KSHIP, Government of Karnataka orders worth of Rs. 68,37,52,630/- (Rupees Sixty Eight Crores Thirty Seven Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty only) towards "Construction of ROB with approach at Railway Km 316/200-300, road Chainage 7+695 on Davanagere - Channagiri road and at Railway Km 60/600-700 on road Chainage 42+214 on Ramdurga - Badami road" to be completed within 24 months from the Appointed Date.<br/> <br/>Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from known i.e. August 21, 2014 to August 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release titled "KNR Constructions has received an orders worth of Rs. 68.37 Crores".
