Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board at its meeting held on May 14, 2015 have adopted the following codes to be effective from May 15, 2015:<BR><BR>1. "Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" pursuant to Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. As required, the said Code has also been put up on the Companys website at www.kokuyocamlin.com.<BR><BR>2. "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
