| Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, has discussed and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Re-appointment and revision in remuneration of Mr. Dilip D. Dandekar as Chairman & Executive Director' and Mr. Shriram S. Dandekar as Vice Chairman & Executive Director' w.e.f. February 01, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Re-appointment and revision in remuneration of Mr. Ayyadurai Srikanth as 'Manager' designated as the 'Chief Executive Officer' (CEO) w.e.f. February 01, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Re-stated Articles of Association of the Company.<BR><BR>The aforesaid appointments of Whole time Directors and Manager will be subject to approval of members and Central Government, if require. The re-stated Articles of Association of the Company will be subject to approval of members. The Company will seek the approval of members through postal ballot for the above items. | |
