Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares for the Financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed from April 27, 2016 to May 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
