Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. C. Jayaram, currently the Joint Managing Director of the Bank will retire on April 30, 2016, on attaining the age of superannuation.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors of the Bank has on April 01, 2016 approved Mr. Jayarams continuation as a non-executive non-independent director of the Bank with effect from May 01, 2016 up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.<BR><BR>At the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank, the shareholders of the Bank would be requested to consider Mr. C. Jayarams appointment as a non-executive non-independent director of the Bank.
