Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, have :<BR><BR>1. Recommended dividend of Rs. 0.90 per share.<BR><BR>2. Approved issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 equity share for every 1 share held subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
