Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Regulation 6 (a) of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 Company had applied to the U. P. Stock Exchange Limited for delisting of its equity shares from the aforesaid Stock Exchange and the aforesaid Exchange has delisted the equity shares of the Company w.e.f. November 28, 2014.
