Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that as per the "Insider Trading Code " of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on May 27, 2015 for approving the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from May 18, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>All the aforesaid designated Directors, Employees and other persons were advised not to deal in the Shares and securities of the Company during this period. The aforesaid window shall reopen from June 01, 2015.
