Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, has not recommended any Final Dividend and has confirmed the Interim Dividend, of Rs. 3/- Per Share of Rs. 10/- each (30%) declared by it on March 12, 2016, as the Dividend for the year 2015-16.
