Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, has recommended the Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Bonus Equity share for every 2 (Two) existing equity shares, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The record date for the issue of Bonus shares to the shareholders will be fixed after the approval of the issue of Bonus shares by the Shareholders of the Company, Also at the same meeting the Board of Directors has recommended increase in the 'authorized share capital of the Company from Rs. 21 Crores to Rs. 31 Crores, subject to the approval of the shareholders.<BR><BR>The Bonus shares of the Company will be credited / dispatched on or before January 09, 2016.
