Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 6/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each 60% for the aforesaid year. The provision for the aforesaid dividend has been made out of the profits of the current year ended on March 31, 2014.
