KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Ms. Sneha Padve as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective July 22, 2015, consequent to the relieving of Mr. R. Swaminathan from the post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective July 21, 2015, as he moves into a new business role within the Company;<BR><BR>2. Allotment of 257,965 equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Schemes of the Company.
