| KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 13, 2015 to August 19, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 19, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the cut-off date to record the entitlement of Members to cast their votes electronically for the businesses to be transacted at the ensuing AGM of the Company would be August 12, 2015. | |
