KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, subject to declaration of the same by the members in the Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 18, 2015 upto April 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
