<BR> We wish to inform you that, pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, following is the outcome of the circular resolution passed by majority of Directors entitled to vote on the resolution on October 18, 2017:-<BR> <BR> 1. Appointment of Mr. Anant Talaulicar as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from October 21, 2017, who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing annual general meeting. <BR> 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Anant Talaulicar, as an Independent Director for further period of 5 years with effect from October 21, 2017, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting.<BR> <BR> Further, details required pursuant to SEBI Circular dated September 09, 2015, of the above referred Director is attached herewith.
