KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation of KPIT Global Solutions Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company has been approved by the Honble High Court of Bombay vide Order dated August 28, 2014. The Certified True Copy of the said order was received by the Company on September 23, 2014.
