KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company along with the limited review report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 11, 2015, upto October 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
