KRBL Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, as well as Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2017, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company with immediate effect and the said window shall be open 48 hours after the Price Sensitive Information (Financial Results) is made public. This communication had already been circulated to all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees.
