KRBL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company with immediate effect till July 31, 2015. This communication has already been circulated to all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees.
