Kreon Finnancial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2014, has approved the following:-<br/><br/>1. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Sangita Tatia as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) as per section 203 of the New Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>2. The Board approved the appointment of Secretarial Auditor.<br/><br/>3. The Board approved the appointment of Internal Auditor.<br/><br/>4. The Board adopted the new Altered Memorandum and Articles of Association as per the New Companies Act, 2013.
