Pursuant to Clause 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (20th October, 2017), which commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 1:30 PM.<BR> <BR> The Company has acquired the Digital Lending technological Platform from its wholly owned Subsidiary Company Kreon Infotech Private Limited as approved and recommended by the Audit Committee in their meeting held at an earlier date as per the Valuation Report issued by a Professional Valuer.<BR>
