Revised Outcome of Board Meeting Dated 18th April, 2017. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18th April, 2017 from 11:30 am to 12:00pm has transacted the following: 1. The Board of Directors approved the publishing of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2017, on or before 30st May, 2017. Accordingly, the publication of unaudited results is dispensed with. 2. The Board considered, discussed and approved the on-going compliances related to the quarter ended 31st March, 2017 along with ongoing Business propositions. Note: The earlier Outcome filed on 18th April 2017 at 12:11pm had typographical error with regard to dates being mentioned as 31st March, 2016 instead of 31st March, 2017 and 31st May, 2017 instead of 30th May, 2017. We request you to kindly Condone the Typographical Error and take on records the Revised Outcome of the board Meeting dated 18th April, 2017.
