Kridhan Infra Ltd has informed BSE that as per company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the securities of Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from July 24, 2015 till August 16, 2015 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on August 14, 2015 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
