To consider the proposal for approval of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider the proposal for approval of assets and liabilities statement for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>3. To consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any.
