Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2015, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all the Directors / designated employees of the Company from August 04, 2015 upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 is submitted to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly all the Directors / designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
