KSE Ltd has informed BSE that as per the proceedings of the AGM held on September 25, 2014, the Company have appointed three existing directors, namely, Mr. K. P. John, Mr. Jose Paul Thaliyath and Mr. Joseph Xaiver, as Independent Directors and also appointed Ms. Sathi A. Menon as women director, who is also an independent director.<br/><br/>Further in the Board Meeting held on October 06, 2014, Mr. Jose Paul Thaliyath, Independent Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board with effect from October 23, 2014.
