KSE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year 2015-16 amounting to Rs. 770.29 lakhs, including dividend distribution tax.
