KSE LTD. - Board to consider Final Dividend

KSE Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, to consider the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend final dividend, if any, for that year. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2015 will also be considered in the same meeting. In terms of the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares stand closed from May 20, 2015 and shall re-open on June 01, 2015.
