KSE Ltd has informed BSE that the Unaudited Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 will be taken on record in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on August 12, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares stand closed from July 29, 2014 and shall re-open on August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
