KSS Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Hussain Shattaf, an Independent Director, has resigned from the Board with effect from August 30, 2015. He was chairman of Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Member of Audit Committee & Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. The Company in the next Board Meeting will reconstitute the aforesaid committees.
