| KSS Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will be held on May 30, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter /year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/officers and Designated Employees of the Company including their immediate relatives from May 20, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid results to the public, in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016. | |
