Kuantum Papers Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the forthcoming Audit Committee/Board Meeting of the Company on May 26, 2015, and keeping in view the SEBI requirements, it has been decided to close the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company noted at the Stock Exchange with effect from May 06, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid period, the directors, designated employees and other connected persons cannot deal (either purchase or sale) in the shares of the Company.
