Kwality Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2015, inter alia, has decided to reschedule the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was originally fixed on September 25, 2015 and the Book Closure period which was originally fixed from September 18, 2015 to September 25, 2015 (Both days Inclusive).<BR><BR>Now, the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 30, 2015 and the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25. 2015 to September 30, 2015 (Both days Inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company.
