| Dear Sir/Madam <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that M/s MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 105047W), Statutory Auditor of the Company, resigned from their position as the Statutory Auditor of the Company with immediate effect and based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Director, in its meeting held on November 05, 2018, has appointed M/s B. Rattan & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 011798N) as Statutory Auditor of the Company with effect from November 05, 2018 to fill the casual vacancy caused in the office of Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to confirmation of appointment by members of the company in the ensuing General Meeting.<BR> | |
