La Opala RG Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2014..<br/><br/>Further, the Share Trading Window as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, shall remain closed from October 23, 2014 till November 06, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Directors of the Company and their dependants are requested not to deal in shares of the Company during period of Window Closure.
