Lactose India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2015, have <BR>allotted 12,60,000 Convertible warrants to M/s. Gyaneshwar Multitrade Private Limited.<BR><BR>Further the Company has received application money being 25% of the total amount due on allotment of the Convertible warrants.
