| Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> Sub: Intimation of Date of Board Meeting and Closure of Trading Window<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR Regulation'), a Meeting of Board of Director of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 at the Corporate office of the Company situated at Shop No.10, Luthra Industrial Premises, Safed Pool, Andheri Kurla Road, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai-400 072, inter-alia, to consider & approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2017.<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> Further, the trading window in respect of the Company's for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons as per Company's Insider Trading Code 2015, will remain closed immediately (i.e From 6th November 2017) and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. | |
