Lahoti Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<br/><br/>- To consider and approve the un-audited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 along with Limited Review Report.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from August 01, 2014 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
