Lahoti Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% (i.e. INR 0.40) per share of INR 2/- each for the financial year 2014-2015 which shall be subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
