Lahoti Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of directions issued by SEBI vide its order dated March 22, 2016, the Company has issued a termination notice dated May 06, 2016 to M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited, Companys Registrar and Transfer Agent, w.e.f. June 01, 2016.<BR><BR>The Company is in the process of appointing a new Registrar and Transfer Agent. Once an agreement is entered into by the Company with the new Registrar the same shall be intimated to the Exchange.
