Lakhani India Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Sameer Charu and Associates, Statutory Auditor of the Company has resigned from the post of auditor thereby causing Casual Vacancy in the post of the Statutory Auditor of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 23, 2011 approved the notice for the appointment of M/s. Rakesh Gupta and Associates, Chartered Accountants as auditor of the Company through Postal Ballot u/s 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for the Financial Year 2010-11 who shall hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
