With reference to the earlier letter dated October 07, 2015 regarding a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 02, 2015, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of the code of conduct adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the period from October 21, 2015 to November 04, 2015, both days inclusive, is to be treated as trading window closure period.
