With reference to the earlier letter dated May 20, 2015 the Company have intimated the date of book closure for Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend, Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has now informed BSE that in the last sentence of the said letter, the date of eligibility for dividend in respect of shares held in dematerialized form is inadvertently mentioned as July 31, 2015 instead of August 03, 2015.
