Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2015, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 05, 2015 to February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from February 12, 2015.
