Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2014, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from November 01, 2014 to November 06, 2014 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from November 07, 2014.
