Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2015, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the year ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2015 to July 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from July 30, 2015.
