| Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 11, 2014 to September 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.<br/><br/>Dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the meeting will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration, to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on September 10, 2014.<br/> | |
