Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In view, of the above and in pursuant of the Companys Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed Securities, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed from January 21, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
