Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (15% on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
