Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2017, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2017 and to recommend dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>In view of the above and in pursuant of the Companys Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed securities, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed from May 16, 2017 to May 31, 2017 (both days inclusive).
